No prior experience is necessary and there’s lots of support available if you are willing to try this role out.

Some of the tasks this role includes are:
- To welcome new recruits to Extinction Rebellion Chelmsford, take their feedback, listen to their hopes and concerns and offer advice/reassurance.
- To keep track of new recruits and actively communicate with other working groups about potential recruits.
- To help integrate new people that want to get involved in the current working groups, as per their needs.
- To organise social events.
