No prior experience is necessary and there’s lots of support available if you are willing to try this role out.

Some of the tasks this role includes are:
- To actively promote and develop diversity and inclusion within XRC, including through ensuring that marginalised communities feel welcome and safe to participate and have their voices heard, and by ensuring that accessibility arrangements are adequately considered.
- To liaise with East of England Access & Inclusion group to stay aware of suggested access/inclusion activities and arrangements.
