Extinction Rebellion Chelmsford rebels have been celebrating after Chelmsford council declared a climate emergency on 16th July 2019! Councillors read out emotional speeches and then the motion was passed! An eager and hopeful group of rebels attended the full council meeting in anticipation of the declaration.
